🌸 Companionship Visit Service Policy Our Companionship Visits are a non-medical, non-care service designed to provide friendly company, warm conversation, and emotional support for older adults who may feel lonely or benefit from social interaction. What We Can Offer: • Friendly company and relaxed conversation • Sharing a warm drink • Light, optional activities (TV, puzzles, photos, chatting) • Emotional support through listening and companionship • A calm, respectful presence • Optional light assistance such as making a drink What We Cannot Provide: Custom Maid’s Companionship Visits are not a personal care or medical service. This means we cannot: • Provide personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) • Handle, administer, or prompt medication • Assist with mobility or lifting • Provide nursing, clinical, or health-related duties • Manage any medical conditions Safety & Professional Standards: • All staff are DBS checked • Fully insured service • Visits are carried out with respect, dignity, and confidentiality • Staff will remain within the limits of companionship-only support Client Responsibilities: • A safe and comfortable environment must be provided • A responsible adult must manage any personal care or medication needs • Any change in the client’s wellbeing should be reported to family/caregivers
