🧽 What cleaning services do you offer?We offer a range of domestic and commercial cleaning services including general cleans, deep cleans, end of tenancy, move in/out cleans. Commercial cleaning services are tailored based on your needs.

⏱ How long will my clean take?Cleaning duration depends on the size of your property: Studio / 1 Bed – approx. 3 hours (1 cleaner) 2 Bed – approx. 4 hours (1 cleaner) 3+ Bed / Larger Properties – 2 cleaners attend to reduce total time We’ll always aim to complete the clean within the estimated timeframe, though larger or heavily soiled areas may take longer.

🧴 Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?No — we bring everything needed, including products, equipment, and PPE. If you have specific products you'd like us to use, just let us know when booking.

🌱 Do you use eco-friendly products?Yes, we offer eco-conscious alternatives upon request. Just mention this in the “Additional Preferences” section when booking.

💬 Can I request specific areas or tasks?Absolutely. You can list any preferences, focus areas, or dislikes (e.g. scents or products) when booking. We'll tailor the clean to suit your space and preferences.

📆 How do I book?Bookings can be made quickly and easily through our online system. Just choose your service, select a date and time, and we’ll take care of the rest. You’ll receive a confirmation by email or SMS.

❌ What’s your cancellation policy?We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made after this may be subject to a fee, especially for larger cleans or commercial visits.

Payments Accepted
All payments must be made on the day of service unless otherwise agreed. For commercial clients, payment terms will be discussed during consultation and outlined in your service agreement.
Need an invoice or receipt? Just ask — we’re happy to provide one.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a 50% charge.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 2 hours) may be charged the full service amount.

For commercial clients, cancellation terms will be discussed during consultation and stated in your service agreement.

Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not 100% happy with your clean, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to put things right — at no extra cost.
