Cancellation Policy
At Custom Maid, we understand that every commercial space has unique cleaning requirements. To ensure we provide the most accurate service and pricing, we follow a tailored approach for all commercial bookings. 🔹 Booking Process All commercial cleaning services must begin with a free on-site or virtual consultation. During the consultation, we will assess the size of the premises, frequency of cleans, any specialised requirements, and access conditions. Following this, we will provide a bespoke quote based on your needs. 🔹 Pricing Prices vary based on job size, frequency, and complexity. All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Regular contract clients may receive discounted rates depending on frequency and commitment. 🔹 Deposit & Payment A deposit may be required for large-scale or one-off cleans, which will be confirmed upon booking. Payment terms are agreed upon during quotation (e.g. per clean, weekly, or monthly invoicing). 🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling Minimum 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee, especially where staff or equipment have already been allocated. 🔹 Health & Safety All cleaning is carried out in line with our COSHH protocol and risk assessment practices. Public liability insurance and staff DBS checks are in place for your peace of mind.
