Move in/ Move out clean 🧼

Well I’m going to share exactly what we cover in our services and clients should expect no less we clean because we love to clean, we aim for the highest standards and every house should feel like a home.

So here we have the list for our move in/move out:


🏠 Whole Property (Empty House Clean)

•Remove all cobwebs from ceilings and corners

•Dust and wipe all walls, ceilings, and light fittings

•Clean all light switches, sockets, and door handles

•Wipe all doors (front, back, and edges)

.Clean skirting boards throughout

•Wash internal windows, frames, and sills

•Wipe down radiators and behind where possible

•Vacuum floors and edges (get into corners)

•Mop all floors thoroughly (using correct cleaner per surface)

•Clean inside and outside of all cupboards, drawers, and storage areas

•Wipe down banisters, rails, and internal doors

•Clean and polish mirrors and glass where present

•Freshen the air (neutral spray or open windows)


🍳 Kitchen (Empty)


•Clean and disinfect all cupboards (inside/out)

•Degrease and disinfect worktops and splashbacks

•Clean inside oven, hob, and extractor (deep degrease)

•Clean sink, taps, and plugholes (remove any limescale)

•Clean inside/outside of fridge and freezer (if present)

•Clean any remaining appliances (microwave, washing machine, etc.)

•Wipe down tiles, walls, and switches

•Clean floor thoroughly, including under appliances and kickboards


🛁 Bathroom(s)


•Clean and disinfect toilet (including base and behind)

•Deep clean bath, shower, and screen

•Remove all limescale and water marks from taps and tiles

•Clean and polish sink and taps

•Polish mirrors and any glass shelves

•Wipe and disinfect cupboard interiors and exteriors

•Clean extractor fan cover

•Mop and disinfect floors


🛏️ Bedrooms (Empty)


•Dust all surfaces, ledges, and corners

•Wipe inside wardrobes, drawers, and built-in cupboards

•Clean skirting boards and radiators

•Wash windows and sills

•Vacuum and mop floor, including edges


🛋️ Living Areas (Empty)


•Dust and wipe all surfaces, ledges, and shelves

•Clean skirting boards and door frames

•Wash internal windows, frames, and sills

•Clean light fittings and switches

•Vacuum and mop floors thoroughly


🚪 Hallway / Entry / Utility


•Clean doors, handles, and frames

•Dust and wipe all surfaces

•Clean inside/outside of cupboards

•Clean washing machine drawer/drum if present

•Wipe walls around switches and entryways

•Mop and disinfect floor


🌿 Final Touches

•Check for marks, fingerprints, or dust after mopping

•Empty all bins or remove rubbish left by previous tenants

•Freshen air or lightly scent with a neutral fragrance

•Quick full check before locking up
